X et autres v. Austria - 3 parents : 2 biologiques, 1 veut en être l'adoptif et tous les trois veulent garder les liens juridiques...alors que seulement deux le peuvent en droit autrichien. Un vrai casse-tête, surtout pour un enfant qui veut les trois.

X and others v. Austria - 3 parents: 2 are biological, one wants to be adoptive, and all three want to keep legal ties, whereas only two can have it under Austrian law. A real nightmare, especially for a child who wants all three.
